Miami Beach was the SHIT!

I had an amazing time, it’s like going to a heaven on earth – you’re constantly being served, the sun is shining, 90 degree, poolside chilling, maxing on the beach, meeting strangers, dancing till the sun rises, shopping, eating and drinking what I wanted when I wanted, holiday flings ....oooohh yes I did

Unfortunately my hotel was pants but I knew what to expect... and I paid what it was worth so no drama...

At the end of it we all had fun times and come home with a combined 1000 pictures of good memories and smiles to look back on in the future. I defiantly left a piece of my heart out in Miami, and even after 10 days I could have definitely enjoyed it for another 10 days...and if I had the money I would have had a pit stop in NY for a couple days to hang out with my new found friends...

I just want to say holiday romances are a great thing, they an opportunity to learn something about yourself, and if you're lucky it's a new friend who you will always share some sick memories with. Even if you don't take away a lasting contact you will always have a memory of a time when you lived freely and loved wildly.

...but here's a few rules on holiday romance is this

1. You're on holiday have fun, even if you've "never done this before". Be inhibitious and wild but be safe, strap it up and DON'T do things that your insurance wouldn't cover and that breaks the law!

2. Be yourself and give a little something, even if it goes no where, enjoy it whole heatedly. What happens on holiday stays on holiday, you may never see this person again so its OK to share your hope and dreams with this person, they wont laugh I swear!

3. Soppy farewell goodbyes at the airport departures lounge is straight NO! Say good bye with a smile at the hotel or the beach and then keep it moving

4. When you get home, go for a check up -just to be sure, to be sure, to be sure!

Brazil today, tomorrow I'm in MIAMI B*tch

I’m off to Miami tomorrow morning YAY!!!!!!...months of scrimping, saving, dieting and training (and also working hard tryna earn moola) has come to a peak...

I finished my intern 3 weeks ago and didn't get any temp work to fill in the gap so unfortunately I have been bumming around at home....So all my hard work kinda got turned on its head but at the same time, I’m still blessed, healthy, happy and very excited to throw on my bikini and "party in the city where the heat is on all night on the beach to the break of dawn"

10 days of sheer bliss, sun, sea and sand...no sex thank you! It's a girly holiday but i cant guarantee there wont be some broken hearts and sore necks from the whiplash I'm gunna cause hehehe.

Anyway...This would all be a more satisfying day dream if I still hadn't got a shit load of stuff to do...finishing packing, DIY manicure and pedi cure, tidy, shop, de fuzz :S

Miami tomorrow for now im going Brazil ;)

...this is my first one to attend, so looking forward to it, as it's been hyped up to me. I will be there to have a butchers and support my boys @ Trapstar who are putting in a lot of work making MA-HOSSSIVE steps with their brand right now - check em out cos I said so!

Last night I kissed a boy and I really liked it!

I haven't had a proper, passionate, considerate, loving kiss from a guy in ages and the fact that this was someone who I've know for years but haven't kissed in forever kinda made it feel nicer...it was totally innocent and very cute!

I've spent moment in my day reliving it and smiling off the high - damn I miss being 17 and just snogging someones face off - anyway 'this kiss' it was EMOTIONAL, so much so to the point where, it felt so good... I had to stop kissing him...and I was soo overwhelmed I had tears in my eyes- MAN UP MISTRY and ENJOY IT I was screaming inside!

From dating complete soulless waste men to whom kissing is the last ting on their minds, I've not been able to indulge in such pleasures that a simple kiss can bring...what's going on guys? scared to catch a feeling? What a turn off!

Anyway this kiss has sparked off my mojo and a fire inside...just being happy...the sun is shining...I'm very excited like a school girl about this summer!

One of the tracks I'm really feeling "Dueces" is a sulky, mellow, imabestrongandmoveonwithoutyouandyou'regunnaregretit kinda RnB aaaaannnnd unless you have been on Mars or in a coma this track a blatant 'Fuck you' to Rhianna...BOV! Chris is looking grown and schexy in this video as is Kevin McCall - YUM!

To be fair I don't think Chris Breezey is breaking sells in the US as much these days, but he's got to stay current and credible (and of course express himself) so you cant blame a dude for trying! I just think it's a cool track and the mix tape is decent!
