Stööki Launch : 20.05.11

Got something exciting for all you magpies!

On the 20th of May (this FRIDAY!!!), the Red Bull Studios will be transformed into a mark making playground, where your body becomes the application and the room is your canvas.

Guests (you guys) will get the chance to play with the installations and purchase 1 of the 30 extremely limited edition, black & gold, Stööki jewellery pieces. I like the sound of this!

Here some of the details I swiped from their facebook page

▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼▲▼

There will be 3 mark making stations for you to engage with on the night:

✖OBSCURA✖ – A backdrop of a 3 dimensional Stööki jungle, with a video projection of our artwork for you to pose and model in front of. All images will be uploaded on to Facebook.

✖CONSTELLATION✖ - A large scale dot to dot placed on the wall, using numbered pins, UV lights and audience participation to complete the image of a zodiac constellation.

✖TAG ME✖ - The Craft Makers want this launch night to be one to remember. So instead of having a tag wall, were creating a gigantic, 8 foot tall, T-shirt for you to share some love.

***Your DJ's on the night will be***

• Radi (BOUNTY),
• Hipsters Don't Dance,
• Erol Sabadosh (Ponystep/Circus),
• Sarah Young &
• LUKEY (STÖÖKI DJs)

This is what Friday nights should be about, creative fun, freebies and music, So get your asses
down there!

...since right now I have awful at blogging.

Really I wanted to fill you in on my most amazing girly trip to Amsterdam....oh boy did we laugh A LOT. I wanted to keep you informed of the work I been doing with Trapstar on the event side and the exciting Trapstar X G-Shock Collab that was a massive success...I wanted to post about the Red Bull MUSIC CLASS OF 2010 fashion and music collab event I'm working this Saturday with the bootylicious and talented Sarah Young.

I have been positive and focused on really throwing myself into myself and my work - guess you could say it's that time of year again when I'm just spazzed out busy lil elephant.

That's all about I can manage right now, I'm that busy. working for Disney, training in various gym classes by night, events Fri- sun and rehearsing the wedding dance performance for my lil cuzzys wedding in Zimbabwe in minus 23 days and counting where ever I can fit them in...This year is gonna end with a bang :D

pics and blog posts to follow hopefully maybe really soon!

P.S. Love this!
